Senior levels experienced a positive increase of +17% year-on-year.

Contract Length and Bookings
Photography demonstrated the most significant decrease in contract lengths across the YunoJuno platform, experiencing a -33% year-on-year decrease to an average of 6 working days. However, the top 10% contracts witnessed a substantial increase of +45 year-on-year, with the average contract length being 109 working days (just under 22 weeks).
All experience levels saw a decrease in contract lengths, with Directors experiencing the biggest decrease of -67% year-on-year.
Photography bookings exhibited a +24% year-on-year growth, with demand fluctuating every few months. Bookings within the Photography discipline peaked in May, followed by a gradual decline throughout the rest of the year, ending with the lowest point in December.
Roles
Photographers secured the highest day rate on average earning £642 per day (£80 per hour).
Skills
Photography professionals continue to command high rates, with Lighting, Adobe Lightroom, and Fashion photography emerging as the top-paid skills, showcasing the demand for visually compelling imagery that creates impact across industries.
